Saying that Randy is a great realtor would be damning with faint praise. That is simply one aspect for he is also a theologian, philosopher, marvelous temple rubber, and has the ability to talk sellers like ourselves out of leaping from tall buildings. But Randy is, again, a great realtor. He made the otherwise irritating task of selling a home a smooth process. Randy has been my realtor of choice as both a buyers agent and a sellers agent. He is responsive, organized, and always goes above and beyond. On my latest sale we had a small issue with a door being left open and a bird getting in and making a mess. He had his cleaning crew there the next day to make sure it was cleaned up before closing.
